PREPARATION FOR THE ENCOUNTER

 

Create a sacred space:

  • Choose a time when you will not be interrupted.
  • Wear comfortable clothing.
  • Have water nearby.
  • Prepare tissues (it’s normal to get emotional).
  • Play soft music if it helps you.

 

Correct mindset:

  • View this encounter as sacred.
  • No expectations to “fix” anything.
  • Just presence and unconditional love.
  • Your inner child is perfect just as she is.
