Heal your inner child
  • Close your eyes gently and take three deep breaths…
  • Imagine you are walking along a beautiful path in nature… It could be a forest, a beach, a garden… The place that gives you the most peace…
  • At the end of the path, there is a special, safe place… It could be a house, a crystal cave, a clearing in the woods… This is the home of your inner child…
  • You approach with love and respect… You gently knock on the door of her heart…
  • You wait patiently… And she appears…

LOVING OBSERVATION:

  • How old does she appear to be?
  • What is she wearing?
  • What expression is on her face?
  • What does her energy feel like?
  • Does she approach you or keep her distance?
    Without judgment, just observe and welcome what appears.
